It embodies a mindset, a culture, and a way of thinking that propels business and government toward its goals with agility and resilience.
Join Dr. Nick Powell to discuss how he has evolved strategic planning to become a driver of organizational success. He will discuss:
– The ways implementation science differentiates strategic planning from simple paperwork
– What it means to develop an agile planning mindset within an organization
– How to overcome common obstacles in implementation
Whether you’re a seasoned executive, just starting out, or a planning enthusiast, this webinar will offer insights to elevate your approach to this important work and help you to connect data and implementation science to your most strategic plans.
