IPCSA Fall Conference Sponsorships

On behalf of the Illinois Probation and Court Services Association (IPCSA) and the Host County, DuPage County Probation and Court Services, we are seeking your support for the 2026 Fall Conference, which will be held October 28–30, 2026 at the Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, Illinois.

Founded in 1969, IPCSA serves as a forum for the exchange of ideas and strategies regarding probation and court services for both juvenile and adult populations. Today, the Association includes over 1,800 members, including Probation Officers, Pretrial Officers, Detention Officers, and related professionals.

IPCSA hosts leadership development opportunities, trainings, and conferences throughout the year to provide members with current information on legislation, evidence-based practices, and effective strategies to reduce recidivism and enhance community safety.

In addition, IPCSA will hold a licensed raffle dedicated to raising money in support of a local charity.  The Host County, DuPage County Probation, has chosen Foundation for C.H.A.N.G.E. as the recipient of the raffle proceeds.

As part of the Fall Conference, IPCSA is seeking sponsorship support to enhance conference programming, networking opportunities, attendee experience, and raffle recipient proceeds.  Sponsorship contributions directly support initiatives that strengthen professional development and improve outcomes for individuals served by probation departments across Illinois and the Foundation for C.H.A.N.G.E.

Sponsorship levels are as follows:
Silver………. $100
Gold ……….. $250
Platinum …… $500

All sponsors will be recognized throughout the conference and in IPCSA communications.
