The purpose of the Supervisor Committee will be to provide an avenue where middles managers specific challenges can be discussed and strategically resolved.  In addition, this committee will act as a support mechanism to support and aid newer managers in their development.  Lastly, this committee will discuss training needs that middle managers are facing and will purpose solutions to address trainings gaps.  Potential members will include anyone in middle management positions (also include Sr. Probation Officer if the Sr. Probation Officer has managerial tasks within their department).
