The purpose of the Program Committee is to allow all members of the Association the opportunity to come together for the following reasons: to learn about the latest endeavors in the field through individual workshops, to exchange and research ideas, to generate new ideas, to solve problems and offer new solutions to old problems in the field, and to make contacts with individuals in the field of probation and court services.

The Program Committee shall have one hotel room at each IPCSA Conference paid for by the Association for Program Committee business. The members and Chairpersons of this committee shall not have their registration fees waived. Final decisions regarding conference planning and costs must be submitted to the Executive Board for final approval.
