Honorary Membership Form

Honorary Membership is for active members of IPCSA who retire after ten (10) years of active service and participation to the association. The member is eligible for voting lifetime membership without further payment of dues upon approval from the Executive Board. A written petition for any eligible member must be submitted to the Executive Board for approval. An active member of IPCSA must fill out the form below requesting honorary membership status for a member of the Association who is/has retired.
